IT Room 9208, where the relocatable power tap located adjacent to the computer rack was permanently attached to the wall. 2. IT Room 9208, where the relocatable power tap located adjacent to the entry door was permanently attached to the wall. 3. Office Suite Entry, where an orange extension cord was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to the surveillance monitor.
