29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about June 7, 2024, and at times prior to, at a construction site located at or near SW of I-94, exit 208, employees working inside a wood framed storage building where trusses were being installed overhead were not protected from falling objects by protective helmets.
