OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards from interacting with cows: a) On or about June 9, 2024, at the worksite, Flack Farms, LLC, 63 Flack Road, Lisbon, NY 13658: Employees engaged in cow handling activities in the birthing room, including, but not limited to sexing newborn calves, were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from cows.
