OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to crush-by hazards due to vehicle overturn: a) For the road construction site located at 9600/9654 SE CR 314, Ocala, FL, on or about June 7, 2024, an employee operating a caterpillar pneumatic compactor on an incline was exposed to crushed-by hazards due to vehicle overturn.
