OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about June 6, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping area; employee(s) utilized a warehouse racking system that had damaged vertical posts, horizontal beams and no identified maximum load capacities while storing and removing palletized product utilizing powered industrial trucks.
