29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) LHJ Remodeling, LLC located at 7507 Walnut Dr, CANAL WINCHESTER, OH 43110: On or about June 3, 2024, employees were performing roofing activities on the roof of a two-story residential home at heights of 22 feet without a compliant fall protection/prevention system. The employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs related to the roofing work being conducted. LHJ Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448221, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 297 Bruce Ct., Westerville, OH 43081.
