29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On the roof at a residence, located at 33035 Regent Canal, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545: On or about 5/31/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that safety glasses were not utilized by employees while performing framing work with air powered nail guns. APG Construction Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737244, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/24, with respect to a workplace located at 297 Glenvale, Bradenton, Florida 34203.
