29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) May 29, 2024 an employee was exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while working on a slightly sloped, flat roof without fall protection. CSDI Construction. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578084, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 137 7th Ave E, Twin Falls, ID 83716.
