29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Points of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles: On or about 05/23/2024, employees were exposed to caught-in-between hazards while working at the manufacturing facility located at 1642 Manufactures Drive in Fenton, MO. Employees were bending sheet metal using an unguarded Auto Brake 2000.
