29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) Production area - On or about May 22, 2024, employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. Employees were required to wear ULINE S-19253 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against respirable dust. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
