CPP-Steel Treaters, Inc., 100 Furnace Street, Oriskany, NY, 13424, on or about 5/20/2024; The employer did not conduct a separate periodic inspection of each energy control procedure required by 1910.147(c)(4) to ensure that the energy control procedure is adequate and is being properly implemented by the authorized employee in accordance with the LOTO standard.
