OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to laceration hazards due to employees using grinders one handed and without the aid of the auxiliary handle. Location: 150 Gleneagle Drive, Mashpee MA Backyard area On or about May 15, 2024, employees were exposed to serious bodily injury while using a grinder without a side handle as described by ANSI B7.1 2010 as well as the procedures outlined in the operator's manual.
