OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, in that; employees were exposed to fall, entrapment and egress hazards : a) On or about May 14, 2024, at the jobsite located at 2085 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206, at times prior and thereto the employer exposed employees to fall, entrapment, and egress hazards while conducting stevedoring operations.
