29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in roofing work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below. Juan Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1671135, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at1825 Stonewall Road, Northlake, TX 76226. Juan Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663656, citation number One, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3355 Monarch Pass Drive in Arlington, TX.
