OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed amputation hazards while operating a press brake: On or about April 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the foot pedals to the Wysong #1 Hydraulic Press Brake (Model: FAB400-240; Serial: HPF29-100X) were not guarded against accidental activation from falling objects or someone accidentally stepping on them.
