29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) Jobsite located at or near 6523 Lansdowne Ave, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about May 8, 2024, the employer did not require the employee to wear insulated gloves while working with the Midwest Fasteners, Inc. Talon Stud Welder with a voltage ranging from 35 volts to 175 DC volts, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
