29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(v):The employer used the scheduled monitoring option, and periodic monitoring indicated employee exposures to chromium (VI) to be below the action level; however, the employer discontinued periodic monitoring without confirmation by the result of another monitoring taken at least seven days later: a) Paint booth; On or about May 6, 2024, and at times prior to the employer discontinued periodic monitoring of a task that utilized chromium (VI) after a sampling event showed exposure levels under the action level without confirming the result with another test.
