29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite located at lot 171, Arbor Sound Dr., Lees Summit, MO 64082: An employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' while performing framing activities without any means of fall protection. The employee was utilizing a pneumatic nail gun to affix plywood to the roof's frame. Pancho Valencia Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703485, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2768 11th Street, Lee's Summit, MO, 64081.
