29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite located at 140 N 50th St Philadelphia, PA 19139: The employer did not ensure employees engaged in framing and painting activities are protected from falling approximately 8 feet to the next ground level through open floor holes. a) 1st Floor Rear of Residence: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working around the uncovered floor hole measuring approximately 4 feet by 5 feet . b) 1st Floor Center Area of Residence: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working around floor holes measuring approximately 5.96 feet by 1.05 feet and 1.05 feet by 4.60 feet.
