29 CFR 1926.652(c)(3)(iii): At least one copy of the tabulated data, which identifies the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: a) On or about April 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto; at the Coyote Meadows Lift Station and Force Main project, where employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards by not having tabulated data on site when building the trench box.
