29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: 1) Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine area: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the back of the Amada CNC Turret Press was not kept in a clean and orderly condition when employees accessed the area to retrieve fallen parts and perform servicing and maintenance. 2) Molder area: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the space between molder 2 and 3 was not kept in a clean and orderly condition when employees accessed the area to lift molds using an overhead crane.
