29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about May 29, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in maintenance activities in the Northside area at Taylor Communications located at 9503 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to caught-in and electrical hazards in that employees perform maintenance on the EVTEC Sheeter are using energy isolation procedures the employer has not reviewed in accordance with the requirements of this subpart.
