29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) On or about May 1, 2024, at a job site located at 828 Kohlwey Dr, Grafton, WI 53024, frequent and regular job site inspections were not conducted to identify and correct safety hazards, including but not limited to fall hazards. The WI Bilt-Well Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673689, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/16/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 896 Kohlwey Dr, Grafton, WI 53024 .
