29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 4/23/2024, at a siding project located at 18 White Orchid Way, Lancaster, New York; employees performing siding activities from a ladder jack scaffold approximately 18 feet high, were not protected from falling by a personal fall arrest system. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
