29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about April 22, 2024, at the jobsite, employees were observed working from an elevated aerial boom lift without using fall protection. RSL Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1610716, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-19-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5380 Rexora Dr, Beaumont, TX 77707.
