29 CFR 1926.1427(a): General requirements for operators. The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: a) The employer fails to ensure that the crane operators are certified as demonstrated on or about 04/25/2024, at the new residential building located at 2809 Turnwater Street, Lot 655, Del Webb at Chateau Elan Subdivision , Hoschton, GA 30518. Front side of structure, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a mobile crane, in that the crane operator has not received training, evaluation, and certification or licensing from a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
