Worksite: 11 Dixon Avenue, Copiague, NY 11726. On or about 04/25/2024. The east side emergency door in the production area was blocked by a temporary employee workstation. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
