29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to consume beverages (water) in the back room where there was presence of lead. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
