29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(7): Ladders not designed for such use were tied or fastened together to provide longer sections. On or about April 23, 2024, on the northeast corner of a residential building, the employer fastened together two ladders with ratcheting type tie downs to gain additional height for employees to reach the edge of the roof where gutters were being installed.
