29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: (a) On or about April 17, 2024, employees conducting framing work at 1525-1527 Lookout Court, in Hartland, Wisconsin, were exposed to fall hazards when working on a platform attached to a JLG Telehandler 10054, without manufacturer authorization of the platform attachment.
