The employer must ensure: (i) Each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following: Jobsite: 139 Starr Rd. Landenberg, PA 19311 - Phase II Garage Bay Catwalk Area: Employee cleaning the conveyor walking on the catwalks were exposed to falls of approximately 14 feet to the ground level while working on a catwalk with open floor holes. a) East side of rear catwalk b) West side of rear catwalk Condition noted on or about April 18, 2024.
