29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii) The use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; (a) On or about April 16, 2024, located at 1820 W Brown Deer Road, Brown Deer, WI, the employer did not ensure employees on the upper structure of the building engaged in installation of roof sheathing on a residential building were protected from a fall hazard of approximately 12 to 14 feet to the ground below.
