29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a- 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 Baldwin Court, Medford NJ: Workers were exposed to struck by hazards when using pneumatic nailers and circular saws without eye or face protection while performing sheathing installation and other related activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 04/16/24. Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1683054, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/19/24, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Executive Drive, West Orange NJ.
