29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3) Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about April 10, 2024, in the Main ammonia process, the walking surfaces in front of the maintenance shop located near the High-Pressure Receiver vessel were not maintained free of hazards such as electrical cords, broken crate and/or blocked by welding machines, manual pallet jacks.
