29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: On or about April 12, 2024, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while engaged in roofing activities on a residential construction site without the use of a fall protection system in Peoria, IL.
