1910.119(l)(5) If a change covered by this paragraph results in a change in the operating procedures or practices required by paragraph (f) of this section, such procedures or practices shall be updated accordingly. On or about August 14, 2024; at a facility located at 10953 Wisconsin 54 in Plover, WI; the employer did not review operating procedures as often as necessary to assure that they reflected current operating practices including changes in process equipment. The operating procedure "Americold System Entire Operating Procedure", Sections "Engine Room Normal Shutdown" and "Engine Room Manual Shutdown" had not been reviewed to assure the steps, which included turning off V-3 (Vessel 3), reflected current operating practice. Vessel V-3 had been removed from service and employees were preforming normal shutdowns that were not reflected by the operating procedures.
