29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) On or about 4/4/2024, at the loading/unloading garage door area of the site, Niagara Falls, NY. Flexible cords, that were plugged into outside receptacles, ran through shut tight garage door to inside of the building. Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords used for temporary power. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
