29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: Worksite On or about April 5, 2024, and at times prior, a competent person did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to identify safety hazards such as falls, lack of personal protective equipment and fire hazards.
