29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On April 1, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools, materials and debris when working in an excavation below employees and equipment. The employees were not wearing hard hats. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
