29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) On or about March 28, 2024, at the job site located at N57W18723 Dandelion Court, Menomonee Falls WI, the employer who was the competent person, did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of the job site were conducted to identify hazards and the job sites were maintained safe. The JC Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1674359, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/11/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9714 Bergamont Drive, Franklin, WI 53132. The JC Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643732, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/24/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1825 Yorkville Meadows, Union Grove, WI 53182.
