29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On March 28, 2024, employees handing framing material to installing employees working above were not wearing hardhats and exposed to struck-by hazards from falling objects. Salvador Garcia Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484789, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2020 with a final abatement date of August 25, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 2007 Rockview Drive, Granbury, TX 76049.
