OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. On or about 03/28/2024, in a warehouse facility located at 10840 Crossroads Commerce Blvd., Tampa, FL 33610, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that they were working near loaded industrial shelving with a damaged upright.
