OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about March 15, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards while working underneath cars elevated on the hydraulic auto lift in repair bay #2, in that the locking pins on the safety latches for the lift did not engage.
