29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Vermin control. Every enclosed workplace shall be so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program shall be instituted where their presence is detected. a) In the store located at 1401 Tebeau Street, Waycross, GA: On or about and at times prior to March 21, 2024, the employer exposed employees to health hazards in that employees were required to work during an active rodent infestation.
