29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(A): Temporary wiring feeders did not originate in a distribution center: a. 823 South 18th St, Newark NJ The employer did not have temporary wiring feeders originate in a distribution center. Employees used a duplex receptacle connected to a street light. The employees attached extension cords to the duplex outlets to power tools and equipment at the residential building under construction, exposing them to electrical hazards at 120 volts.
