29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about March 15, 2024 in the meat department where the point of operation on a Biro meat saw was not guarded. Employees were using the saw to cut turkey. Fiesta Mart, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448109, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 02, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6401 Abrams, Dallas, TX 75231.
