OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards from vehicular traffic: On or about March 16, 2024, employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while performing maintenance work on an overhead traffic light. Employees working from an Elliott G50 aerial lift truck were not protected from vehicles being driven on a public roadway while their lift truck boom/aerial work platform was extended over an active traffic lane.
