On or about March 19, 2024, in the southwest corner of facility, an emergency fire exit door was obstructed by material, interfering with employees' safe and orderly evacuation from building in the event of an emergency. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with fire, smoke, or other emergency evacuation hazards.
