29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On March 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work to the fist story roof above the windows and door were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 10 feet. b) On March 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work on the main roof of the primary structure were not protected from fall hazards of up to approximately 18 feet. c) On March 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work on the garage roof were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 7.6 feet. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
