29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable liquids in containers. (a) Facility at 310 Bourne Avenue (building 50) in Rumford, RI: On or about March 13, 2024, employees working in the shop area were exposed to fire and burn hazards from inadequate storage of flammable liquids including, but not limited to, two (2) 55 - gallon drums of 8040 MVP with a flashpoint of 89 degrees F, approximately 33 cans of spray paint such as MTN, approximately 50 gallon containers of various flammable liquids such as AwlGrip and Alexseal topcoats, reducers, converters, primers, strippers, cleaners, and bases.
